Down the hall on this level is a queen bedroom, powder room and master at the end of the hall. The Master comprises large bedroom with king bed, dressing room and a beautifully modern ensuite with marble porcelain tiles and timber vanity.

On the ground floor is a large bunk room with twin bunks, whilst the fourth bedroom also has a queen bed. The  family bathroom, complete with bath and open shower has the perfect beach side feel, with blue mosaic tiles and diving lady ‘Rose’ swimming into the abyss.

Leading into the undercover deck and pool, is also a spacious 2nd living zone/games room with large comfy couches, TV with Xbox, Netflix, table tennis and plenty of games to keep the kids amused.

Through the back door is a large undercover alfresco lounge area with ample seating and two swinging hammocks. The glistening 8 x 4 m solar heated, magnesium pools soft and silky water is perfect for sensitive skin and a great place to cool off. The shady grassed lawn houses an in ground trampoline and basketball ring.
