Upon entering the ‘Green house’ the builder has included every luxury in this meticulously built home. The front sliding gate with remote access ensures complete privacy and seclusion. Through the fabulously large green front door, you are surrounded by stunning art work, light boxes and neon signs. All artwork is for sale @greenstudio_co or @the_sorrento_studio. If you fall in love with any of the pieces, an art piece will be commissioned similar to the original.

The home features a grand open plan kitchen with vast stone island bench – the perfect place to congregate or cook up a storm using the induction cooktop and dual wall oven – one which is a steam oven. A butlers pantry keeps the clutter and mess to a minimum so you can enjoy the clean simple lines of the entertaining space. The Vintec under-bench beer and wine fridge makes cocktail hour a breeze. If you want a break from prep and cooking, Blairgowrie village has numerous dining and takeaway options to suit the most discerning tastes.

Flowing on through the double glass doors is an undercover alfresco lounge and bar, with direct access to the fully fenced solar heated pool. Perfectly positioned to capture sun for most of the day on the sun lounges, whilst the alfresco dining zone is the 2nd alfresco shaded area for when you’ve has enough sun.

The lounge at the front of the house has Foxtel and Nexflix and Sonos to three individual zones including living, outdoor and master. Views from the lounge encompass the perfectly pretty cactus garden, complete with a backdrop of stunning breeze blocks and bubbling fountain. Down the hallway is the first wing of three bedrooms – two with singles and one with bunk beds. The main bathroom services these three bedrooms.

Past the home office is the other wing that leads to the guest bedroom with queen bed, and another bathroom, whilst steps down lead to the private master suite. Through a full height steel framed door with reeded glass is a grand master suite with views over the pool, walk in robe and a breathtaking bathroom with similar full height steel framed doors and reeded glass. Underfloor heating completes these divine spaces in the master ensuite and guest bathroom, whilst the double shower, double vanities and free standing bath overlooking the pool makes relaxing a breeze.

The rumpus room is accessed from the side of the house and has a table tennis table, TV and sofa that folds into bed, bringing the guest maximum to 10. With air-conditioning units in the lounge and master, and fans in all other bedrooms, the house will stay beautifully cool. To also cater to the inclement Victoria weather, the open fire place in the lounge creates a lovely ambience if the weather turns.

*There are no images of the alfresco dining table and sun-lounges yet as they have been delayed due Covid-19. The lounge rooms and rumpus room haven’t been photographed either due to furniture delays, but rest assured it will be ready for your summer holiday stay.

There is a bee hive at the back of the property. The bees keep to themselves but you may see them flying about a little. They go about their business and are not interested in us humans at all. The hive cannot be relocated during summer rental so just be careful if you are allergic. Funnily, the owner is allergic to bees and has never been bitten.
